Who we are?
We are a small, boutique service company, based in Lisbon and Cascais, offering exclusive and personalized services to help clients find their dream property in Portugal, either to live or for investment purposes.
Lilly-G is run by its founder, Anthony Gibson and his business partner Eduard van der Geest.
Anthony Gibson
A dual British and Uruguayan citizen, and Portuguese resident for over 12 years, Anthony spent most of his previous career in senior positions for American and French multinational advertising companies. Having relocated twice to Portugal with his family, he has lived a total of 15 years in the country.
His knowledge of Portugal, the contacts he has built over the years, and his real estate investment and relocation experience for himself personally, and for foreign nationals relocating to Portugal over the past years, has led to many satisfied clients.
Anthony has a valid Portuguese Real Estate License and is a member of IMPIC, the governing body for Real Estate & Construction in Portugal.
Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with spoken French and Italian. He holds a Bachelor and Master’s degree from Texas A&M University, USA. Married, 4 children, and keen on golf, fishing, hiking and Portuguese wines.
Eduard van der Geest
Eduard is a Dutch citizen who has lived in Portugal since 2019. He worked for a combined 38 years at Harry Winston and Graff Diamonds, both in New York City. After so long in the highest echelons of the Luxury Goods Industry, Eduard’s understanding of his global UHNWI clientele and services related to them, comes naturally.
Having invested in properties and run a business in Portugal himself, Eduard has identified areas where foreigners would benefit from his experiences and after sales service, an area which is generally poorly represented in Portugal.
Eduard has a valid Portuguese Real Estate License and is a member of IMPIC. He is fluent in Dutch, English and German with spoken French and basic Portuguese and Spanish.
He has a Batchelor’s Degree in Business related to the Diamond and Jewelry Industry. He is also a Fellow of the Gemological Association of Great Brittain.
In his free time Eduard enjoys golf, is an aspiring surfer, loves baking and restores classic Land Rovers, if not rambling in the country side or on a beach with his dogs Udo and Fig.

Our fees: Transparency & Trust
Services more than 50 kms outside of the Lisbon District area have an additional travel cost charge depending on the location.
One of Lilly-G’s core value is trust, transparency, and discretion all of which we take very seriously. There are no hidden fees or commissions. We believe in complete transparency.
- For Real Estate purchases, we share the real estate commission which is paid by the seller with other selling parties involved.
- For other services, you pay a base fee based on an hourly estimate and an agreed with you.
- For continued property management services, we have a monthly fee based on the agreed services needed.
