We act as independent real estate advisors representing buyers exclusively. Our role is to identify and present only properties that truly match your brief, making your search more efficient, focused, and time saving.
Beyond presenting any property, we carry out due diligence and visit the property beforehand to ensure that it fits your brief exactly, assessing the neighborhood for security and potential noise issues, and identify how close key shopping areas are as well as local and international schools.
We monitor leading premium listings and also uncover off market opportunities that are not publicly advertised. We can help you coordinate legal, tax, and mortgage support through trusted partners when required.
For clients who settle long term, we also offer property management and personalized lifestyle assistance designed to simplify ownership and daily living. This includes overseeing properties, handling practical matters, and providing a high touch concierge style service that makes life in Portugal smoother and more enjoyable.
We are dedicated, focused, and committed with everything we do for our clients. When acquiring a property, our fees are paid by the seller or property developers, not by you. Only under some exceptional needs or circumstances would we bill you any fees.
